Data verification
The raw data is processed and verified by both energy experts and algorithms to ensure accuracy. All data and processes are fully auditable, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.

3D model creation
Utilizing building plans, photos, and GIS data, Norm creates a realistic 3D model that accurately reflects the building’s structure. From this model, all areas are extracted and the thermal building envelope is determined.

CO₂ and energy analysis
Energy experts and algorithms calculate the building’s energy efficiency based on the 3D model. Additionally, current consumption data is employed to determine exact CO₂ emissions.

Energy certificate with renovation proposals
After analysis, energy experts develop a tailored energy certificate that indicates the building’s energy class, as well as offering renovation proposals with feasibility assessments, cost estimates, and funding calculations.

System integration
The results are directly available in the NORM Explorer and can be further used there. In addition, API integration into your existing systems is possible – flexible and on demand.
Intuitive Web App
The inventory is carried out efficiently and digitally via web app. Property owners are guided through the process in an easily understandable manner and can request personal consultation at any time.
Capture building data
Basic information about the building, such as the construction year, renovations, and heating type, can be provided in a few intuitive steps.
Upload plans and invoices
Digital building plans, as well as electricity and heating bills, can be uploaded directly or alternatively photographed with a mobile phone.
Grant authorization
To avoid the search for utility bills, property owners can authorize us to request these documents directly from the energy provider.
Take photos
With our guided photo feature, the key components needed for verification can be easily captured.
Collect together
