The "Gebäudemodernisierung mit Konzept" is a cantonal subsidy program in St. Gallen. Our energy analysis is accepted as proof of eligibility and serves as the basis for your subsidy application. You will receive a customized renovation roadmap, including a cost estimate and subsidy calculation.
When you want to replace your heating system
The federal government-funded “Impulsberatung” program provides support for replacing fossil fuel heating systems. We analyze your building and identify suitable renewable energy systems, providing a clear basis for decision-making regarding sustainable modernization.

We create digital 3D models of buildings based on existing plans and photos. If floor plans are missing, we can conduct an on-site survey using a LiDAR camera and create digital plans. The models are available as IFC files for further planning.
